Two investment managers - Franklin Resources and SEI Investments - announced
their latest annual dividend increase this week.

Among the seven companies that announced their annual increases this week were two asset managers – Franklin Resources and SEI Investments Company.  Other companies that announced increases this week were AT&T (34 years of increases & a forward yield of 5.23%), and REITs Urstadt Biddle (24 years; 4.71%) and Realty Income Corporation (24 years; 4.44%).  Next week finishes off December for increases with Roper Technologies and CVS/Caremark expected to announce increases ahead of the Christmas holiday weekend.
